Tmwholesales believes in transparent relationship with our customers.
Tmwholesales Refund policy is as follows:

Tmwholesales strives to remove all risk from your purchasing decision.
REFUND  FOR –Tmwholesales
Within 15 days
If you are not satisfied with the Products –Tmwholesales  will provide refund of the amount paid by customer less service fees/charges @ CAD $40.

After 15 days – there will be NO REFUND of money.

There would not be any refund for the payment post 15 days of the PO/PAYMENT date.
The maximum refund that we offer is what we have charged.
If your product has been repaired/modified/Changed by anyone other than Tmwholesales- We are not responsible for any damages or compensation.
Any refund would be entertained only if a PO or service invoice is produced for the primary purchase.
In no event shall Tmwholesales be liable to Buyer for any incidental or consequential damages.
Tmwholesales maximum liability under this Contract shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product ONLY.
In no event shall Tmwholesales be liable to YOU or ANYONE ELSE for any incidental or consequential damages.
Tmwholesales/Suppliers maximum liability under this Contract shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product/Services.

Refund – Products
Tmwholesales DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUND on any third party products.
Tmwholesales will not normally give refunds if you change your mind.
We do however provide technical support and will happily solve any technical challenges you encounter with our products.
In the rare event you are not satisfied with your Tmwholesales product and require a refund:
